So I decided to try what TWIT had on her blog (here) about writing down 5 things every day that have graced my life that day. I have done this in the past through a gratitude journal but it has been awhile since I have consistently kept a list. As I am trying to make some personal changes in 2009, I think this would be a good thing to do.
I will be posting mine on the side of my blog and also keeping a separate list in a journal.
I think this is an absolutely wonderful idea! I can't wait to read what you're grateful for everyday! Especially since I know I'll be included in each list at least once. I'm awesome.
