Ok, technically mine would be two side dishes...but at thanksgiving I never eat one without the other.My favorite thanksgiving side dish would be mashed potatos with noodles on top! YUM!It is a carb overload and a bit of heaven all in one!

Mashed potatos. They're an oldie but a goodie.
sweet potatoes. or stuffing w/ gravy on it. or green bean casserole. ok, now i'm hungry.
My mom's dressing. It was amazing!
OOh, there are so many, but my all time FAVORITE is hungarian dumplings. Similar to German spaetzles.
