Sorry for the Lack of Blogging....

...I just don't seem to have any thoughts in my head at the moment to share with you all :( I am empty!

However, I am getting a good supply of B vitamins and Omega-3 so those should help my brain and I should be back VERY soon!!!

(That is why boys and girls you have to remember to take your vitamins and not sit so close to the TV...or your brain will go to mush like mine has...hehe)

    Sad. Just know that when you DO write, I'm always happy to read it.

    (What will the omega 3's do for you. I just recently bought some, but not sure why.)

  2. :-) Thanks! I am just enjoying reading others right now since I have nothing to say!!

    Well I started buying fish oil pills (contain high levels of Omega 3 and other omega oils)for Terry to help with his cholesterol but he doesn't take pills that often so I have been taking them recently.

    I actually think if you are going to be taking any supplement that Omega 3 or fish oil pills are the best thing to take, other than a multi-vitamin! (of course I am not a professional - ha!)

    Omega 3 is mainly known to help with heart and cardiovascular health. However, they are also an important part of our cell membranes and help with the neurological system. And it is proven people who live in regions where fish is their main diet live longer & healthier lives! So this stuff has to be good!!
