Talk to Me - Invitations

I am looking for invitations for some things going on this summer.  I have checked a couple stores when I have been out shopping, but really haven't put a lot of work into looking for invitations and the places I have gone I haven't found what I am looking for.

So I thought before I drove myself crazy searching for invitations I would check and see if any of you knew of a great place to get invitations...either online or in stores.  I am totally ok with making my own invitation or finding a place online where I can make them and get them delivered.  I just really want something easier and not too expensive.

Any tips/ideas?  Where do you get invitations for different events?

Jen - I have used Vistaprint for invites. They have a pretty good selection and the prices are extremely reasonable. - Jen S.

  2. I was going to say vistaprint too. I used them for our Christmas cards this year as well as J's birthday invites. The Christmas ones were their design, I just uploaded a photo, the birthday I designed and they printed. I've also used them for Michelle's wedding shower and bachelorette party invites, and I've made another friend business cards through them. easy. and definitely not nearly as expensive as most places.

  4. I forgot about vista print! I ordered business cards for Tastefully Simple from there....I will check out their invitations! Thanks ladies :)

Wendy, I thought about making my own as well....and still want to! I need to check out Hobby Lobby again, but as this child is sucking out all my creative juices I am having a hard time getting inspired. :)

  5. I try to make all my own cards/invitations, etc. Either using InDesign or paper craft stuff. I'd be happy to help! *wink, wink* *nudge, nudge*

  6. Ugh. I am no help since I'm here in MX. I'd totally make you whatever invites you needed if I lived in the States.
