Steamed Milk, Greek Villa, White Flour, Alabaster, Eggshell, Pure White, Aracade....What Happened to Just White?!

Why are there SO many different choices of white?!?!

I just want a nice, not too bright, white color but I seem to be having trouble just finding a plain white!

This decision is hurting my head.
